About this opportunity
Do you want to become a front-runner in a completely new BDGS organization established in R&D Ericsson Poland?
Be invited to the Recruitment Process for the new organization within PDU Packet Core.
We are now looking for C++ developers.
What you will do
- Develop software in C++ for the newest telecommunication systems
- Take part in all development activities such as SW architecture and solution design, coding, verification, product maintenance, automation, and documentation handling
- Be a member of the XFT team
- As a pioneer in the new organization, you will have phenomenal opportunities to shape both your own as well as the overall organization's future
You will bring
- Education: Master or Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent formal education
- Min. 3 years of experience in C++ programming and in developing software products
- Knowledge and understanding of telecommunication technologies
- Knowledge of version control system: GIT / Gerrit
- Knowledge of the Linux command line
- Testing skills
- Product development and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
- Analytical thinking skills and ability to learn quickly
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Proficiency in English
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Agile software development methodologies (Scrum) and Lean
- Working experience in Python, Perl, Bash, or another shell scripting
- Programming experience in Erlang is an advantage
- Build systems (CMake, gnu make)
- JCAT test framework and Java
