Our Great Opportunity

We are now looking for an Experienced Network Engineer. In this role the person will be responsible for performing RAN design and optimization of a network to meet customer requirements.

The role focuses on executing design or optimization of services, where you lead part of the solution and of the service process. Hereby, you should be able to keep time, performance, and quality according to Ericsson requirements and customer contracts.

You will

  • RF planning and optimization for GSM/UMTS/LTE projects.
  • Provide high level technical support to service sales.
  • Provide cell data and parameters design, suggest optimization actions.
  • Execute Network performance monitoring, troubleshooting, analyzing drive test log files etc.
  • Be involved in tests of Ericsson SW/HW/features.
  • Participate in experience sharing activities, learning events for colleagues and customer representatives.
  • New system pilots & trials (5G, Massive MIMO, new hardware, etc.)

To be successful in the role you must have

  • 3-5 years of experience with Radio Access Technologies 2G/3G/4G (Performance Management, Configuration Management)
  • Academic degree in Telecommunication
  • Good at related RNP&RNO tools like TEMS, NEMO, Atoll, Planet, etc. and practical knowledge of radio network planning/optimization principles and methodologies
  • Drive test experience, understanding logic of drive test measurements and be able analyze log files from TEMS Investigation/Discovery
  • Deep technical understanding of RAN performance indicators
  • Experience in RAN Trials and Pilot projects delivery
  • Leadership and Consulting skills to work in distributed multicultural team
  • Spoken and written English, native Ukrainian

Additional Requirements:

  • Beginner programmer skills
  • Result oriented attitude
