Ericsson Finland employs close to 800 professionals, the majority of whom work in Kirkkonummi, 25 minutes away from the Helsinki city center. Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for highly motivated Technical Cloud Support Manager with background in cloud-native SW development and edge computing to join our ground breaking Distributed Cloud organization. Our solutions allow our customers to unlock new digital services and make their systems smarter, simpler and future-proof. We make digital transformation a reality.


You will

  • Maintain and update the list of support cases with description, priority, status and resolution timeline
  • Track progress and release of issues
  • Secure analysis of provided case input within the product development team, using expertise available
  • Perform root cause analysis to synthesize the problem, when needed


You as Support Manager will interpret, evaluate severity and set priorities for the internal and external support requests. You will actively interact with other stakeholder organizations as the main interface towards our product development organization. You will drive analysis and efforts for resolution of the active cases.


To be successful in the role you must have

  • Leadership experience as technical lead and 2 years of experience in a customer-facing support role with a good customer-focused approach
  • Good track record in a coordinator role towards multiple partners
  • Min 5 years of experience in software development. This role does not require coding, but it is essential to understand code, log files, architecture and cloud infrastructure
  • Solid technical knowledge on cloud infrastructure related technologies, such containers, container orchestration, Kubernetes, Docker and OpenStack
  • Clear and crisp communication in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to summarize complex problems into tangible and concrete actions
