About this opportunity!

We are looking for Access Transmission lead to be part of our team! In this role one will be responsible for handling the 5G transmission/RAN circle support lead for circle, acts as the single point interface of operations to NPI, MW Planning, Deployment & IWAN, being the responsible for the delivery execution of RAN and Transmission Network Operations for 5G operations, supervise the performance indicators and to improve the user experience.

What you will do

  • Primary contact of 5G operations for the customer & within the organization, continuously supervise the TX and RAN important metrics & strategizing the actions to improve 5G experience
  • Empowered for analyzing degradation, Utilization & packet loss reports and setting action plans to close them. Bandwidth optimization and exploring the feasibility for the new Requirement.
  • Planning the protection for frequent outages in the network and able to suggest quick alternate paths and supervise field team for fault rectification within SLA.
  • Audit for installation and commissioning of TX equipment and validate AT process.
  • Customer meeting, understanding their needs and Closure of all sign-off for 5G operations and transmission media deliveries as per agreed MS contract.
  • Maintaining of all type of data base and sharing time to time with central team as well as customer.

You will bring

Good Knowledge of Field activities related to RAN & transport in a large-scale network and expertised in 4G operations

  • Good understanding of the Telecom architecture of 5G RAN, Optical Networks, Microwave, iWAN.
  • Operational Knowledge of Multi-Vendor transmission Nodes - Ericsson / Nokia / Huawei / Ceragon Telecom equipment.
  • Knowledge of Transmission servers (M2000, SoEM)/ ENMs servers & switches.
  • Soft Skill & Behavioural Proficiency: Effective communication & Presentation skill.
  • People Management
