The role is to assure the best value at procurement of services cross Service Lines from ASPs and FSOs in accordance to related scope. Have all needed information on supplier base in rollout and acts on supplier performance issues. Supervise the application of the accurate contractual prices according to agreed scope. Ensure OHS competence of supplier. Part of supplier evaluation, selection and KPI requirements. Responsible for forecasting and ASP Operational Governance Framework. ASP in this document refers to ASP/FSO.

Main responsibilities

  • Plan and provide resources for the customer projects in ASP Management areas with respect to ASP Management based on CU forecasts.
  • Define strategy for ASP / FSO Delivery Mix and assist sourcing in defining site award plans
  • Based on the Project forecast & the ASP demand and secure the vital capacity & Competence
  • Secure ASPs have all required licenses, specific tools, permits and certification before commencement of project
  • Secure ASP Management ways of working, processes, performance requirements and governance model
  • Onboarding of new ASP into Ericsson and secure ASP project kick off
  • Establish ASP Operational and Internal Governance with regular meeting to follow-up ASP performance KPIs &
  • Act on ASP’s service Delivery & performance Issue
  • Responsible for ASP metrics and score card reporting on efficiency, quality, competence and OHS performance
  • Follow-up and control of ASP readiness and capacity according to delivery needs


  • B.E. Degree with 8+ Yrs, Experience in Telecom Domain with ASP management is Plus
  • Training and awareness in local Statutory OHS requirements & Customer requirements.
  • Very Good experience in sophisticated Radio & Transport Network rollouts, swaps, or modernizations.
  • Very good technical knowledge about Ericsson RAN, related products & Services.
  • Awareness of Project financials, Costing & Budgeting for ASP service area
  • Experience of service delivery processes, models, and strategy
  • Very good Knowledge of Local OHS Regulation, requirement & Ensuring compliance
  • Additional Skills: Planning & Organizing, Working with People, Leading & Supervising, Coping with Pressures & Setbacks, Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations
