Job Summary:

We are looking for an account manager who will be responsible for business operations and new business development in mobile core networks for the domestic major mobile operators.

4G EPC, VoLTE, Virtual/Container Platform, IoT, 5G Core, Edge Solution, Network Slice, OSS (Operating Support System), and Enterprise Business are the business domains in this department, and you will be in charge of domains tailored to your experience and aptitude.

The skills required are not only proposals for customers, consultations and negotiations, and business operation but also general skills necessary for account management, such as business case creation and internal proposals, but you will be able to acquire global business skills through work and deals in this position.

As for English skills, the business level is a requirement, but regardless of the current level, we welcome those who have a strong WILL to acquire English skills that are required in global business.

Starting with the 5G business, the conventional way of working and business environment is about to change drastically. We are looking forward to applications from positive and motivated people who do not dwell on past experiences and want to challenge new jobs.


  • Maximize customer relationships and loyalty
  • Create sales opportunities that will generate profitability sales
  • Optimize the account team’s performance and enable a seamless transition to operations

Key Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor, Master of Science or similar
  • 3 years (or equivalent) of experience in relationship sales
  • Cellular Network or ICT industry experience is preferred
  • Non-telecom industry experience for IoT is also plus
  • Domain experience: Core Network, IP Network, 5G Core, and OSS (Operation Support System)
  • Consultative selling skills and commercial understanding
  • Knowledge and insight on Japanese Mobile Operator and Mobile Network
  • Engagement and negotiation skills
  • Language: Japanese fluent, and English business level (or equivalent)
