Job Summary:

We are now looking for ICT Customer Project Manager, to lead assigned customer projects securing that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled and that the customer relation is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract.

You will bring

ICT Project Manager will establish the project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources, and plans and supervise all activities

  • Drive project execution: track project activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues!
  • Handle customer and partner engagement: manage customer relationship building confidence and trust, ensure project progress arranging meetings and customer events
  • Handle project finance: ensure financial system monitoring
  • Develop the discipline: simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas.
  • ICT Project Coordinator also responsible building a strong Customer Relationship.
  • Driving up-sales opportunities. Coaching the team, to interact with them and to support them in their professional growth, and to identify and recognize talents

Academic Degree in Engineering or Economy

Domain experience: Digital BSS, OSS and Core & Cloud domain.

13+ years of exp in telecom domain. 5+ years of project management exp.

Must have handled direct customer delivery!

Must be strong in project management discipline.

Establish project plan baseline: define project scope, secure the necessary resources and plan.

Manage project execution, risks, track activities, monitor and handle changes, conflicts and issues.

Handle and manage project finance, and identify ways to minimize cost and generate efficiency.

Negotiation, Persuading & influencing Skills. Leading & supervising

Proficiency with the English Language is preferred.(BDGS SD MANA)
