About this opportunity

We are now looking for a Learning Operations Manager for our Global Learning Team at Ericsson. The role will give the selected candidate a unique opportunity to work across the Ericsson group and to build a global learning network.

What you will do

  1. Manage team of learning administrators who deliver administrative services to Ericsson’s GFPL PS L&D, and they perform back-end learning operations for Ericsson employees. The back-end activity includes: Create courses on the LMS, test, certify and upload online courses, build training sessions in the LMS, facilities, instructors, resources, learning programs and paths.
  2. Ensure all Pre and post learning delivery activities are completed on time and material is available at the training location as per the agreed timelines for all the trainings which are being handled by GSSC.
  3. Plan and prioritize resources within the team to meet the agreed timelines!
  4. Work with key stakeholders to complete requirement analysis, agree on KPIs, reporting mechanism, Governance mechanism and critical issue mechanism.
  5. Manage escalations, conduct and report Root Cause Analysis (RCAs), Identify and handle risks.
  6. Define and supervise goals for the team, measure and report agreed KPIs with the stakeholders and suppliers.
  7. Conduct regular governance meetings!
  8. Drive automation and leverage new technology tools to enhance delivery. Create automations on tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, utilities based on SQL / Macros etc.
  9. Ensure compliance to Ericsson’s ways on working, Processes, work instructions, updates in the LMS.
  10. Prepare and participate in Statutory Audits, complete observations and ensure readiness for future audits.
  11. Lead and conduct engagement activities for the team.

You will bring

  1. Minimum Post Graduate Degree or equivalent,
  2. Minimum 12+ years work experience in MNC
  3. Experience of working with global stakeholders and teams
  4. Working knowledge for MS excel advance, Power BI and Power Apps
