Head Operational Excellence

Our Exciting Opportunity!

We are looking head operational Excellence for Gurgaon location, who will bw responsiblen full control of the inventory levels and targets for the market area and setting up and reviewing the team's overall strategic goals and accomplishment milestones with Lean Process Improvement Methods into action.

What OE will do?

• Accountable for Supply Governance and directly responsible to the Head of Supply
• Responsible for the Organizational resilience & Optimization
• Yearly Supply Chain Cost Planning & Budgeting Review
• In full control of the inventory levels and targets for the market area
• Setting up and reviewing the team's overall strategic goals and accomplishment milestones
• Bring Lean Process Improvement Methods into action.
• Manage the Automation Opportunities as a Project lead
• Focus on change management methods for ensuring the Supply E2E Process's sustainability.
• Create effective cross-functional teams and plan their activities 

Education

• Bachelor's or equivalent experience
• Project management leadership responsibility across multiple complex and strategic projects
• Excellent analytical skills in problem structuring, problem-solving, and risk assessment and mitigation
• Proven leadership behaviour
• A forward-thinking and open-minded approach
• Ability to adapt to change and be innovative
• Result-oriented, analytical, and proactive
• Strong ability to establish collaboration across organizations
