We are looking for IM Officer for International Mobility to handle BAU operations of Long Terms assignments and Short Term assignments provides support to International Mobility CoE by delivering high quality service and solutions!

You will:

 

  • Check and complete LTA Requisitions.
  • Communicate with GSSC Manila for HRMS status updates.
  • Communicate status changes to external providers, (tax and relocation).
  • Check and if needed request completion of all LTA documentation prior to start up.
  • Validate actual start dates and initiate spendable payments.
  • Request updated assignee information regarding e.g. family status prior to yearly salary.
  • Mass distribution to LTAs e.g. ECA surveys.
  • Monitor initial/assignment periods and initiate action to extend or terminate.
  • Perform calculation of outstanding vacation upon LTA termination.
  • Arrange files in GIM folders and in Eridoc.
  • STA tasks when eForm solution is available.
  • Prepare STA agreements.

 

To be successful in the role you must have:

 

  • Good Knowledge on International Mobility –Long Term Assignee Hiring to Repatriation including fair knowledge of Global Tax, Immigration, Relocation.
  • Knowledge of business, HR and organizational operations, GDPR, working with multi-functional units.
  • Critical thinking and analytical thinking.
  • Excellent & Effective communication.
  • Persuasiveness and the ability to influence others.

 

Key Qualification:

 

  • Qualification: Any graduate
  • Education: 2+ years (international Mobility)
