Our Exciting Opportunity:
We are now looking for a Human Delivery Specialist to perform HR Delivery tasks according to standard processes/procedures. Perform analysis and suggest improvements on processes and tools. Run and participate in HR Delivery projects. Manage agreed local vendors.


You Will:

  • Understand Employee Request by active comprehension and probing contacting HR via email, chat and web forms
  • Visualize process and product cycle to understand any gap or exception processing.
  • Provide explanation and reasons for requests pending or that cannot be processed.
  • Assisting Employees Globally in resolving requests and following up with other units.
  • Share feedback and observation with the Managers and Unit Heads on process and product improvement.
  • Work with Employees to provide solution as per processes
  • Take ownership and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Break complex processes in logical flow to understand E2E process


To be successful in the role you must have:

  • Open to work in a 24 x 7 environment
  • Excellent & Effective communication with Strong Coordination Skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Hands on knowledge to work on MS office applications such as PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to manage dispute, escalation and connect with the Employees
  • Excellent Presentation skills
  • Problem solving and analytical bend
  • Should be open to work on regional and location holidays as per business requirement to support of global locations.
  • Should have Excellent command on English Language i.e. good comprehension, articulation and ability to communicate (both write and speak).



  • Advanced skills in MS Excel
  • Hands on experience in SAP HR, Success factors, HR Case Management systems.
  • With prior experience in customer service on phone, email and chat in shared service or technical and product support.
