Our Exciting Opportunity

 

We are looking for Total Rewards Officer who can perform Total Rewards Delivery tasks according to standard processes/procedures!

 

 

You will

 

  • In depth understanding of organization structure and approach towards TR processes like salary benchmarking, salary budgeting, job mapping, and so on
  • Support year-end total rewards processes including merit increase and variable payout planning
  • Support compensation mapping of international mobility requests
  • In-depth understanding of organizational data analytics requirement and delivery
  • Meeting/exceeding Service Level Agreements
  • Maintain and manage data in applicable IT and human resource systems to ensure data quality
  • Provide support for HRMS data quality
  • Maintain Efficiency, accuracy and data quality
  • Ensure Continuous improvement
  • Coordination and management of administrative operations
  • Ensure End user satisfaction/ efficient customer service

 

 

To be successful in the role you must have

 

  • Knowledge about Total Rewards process e.g. annual salary revision, off cycle payments, variable pay etc.
  • Hands on expertise on excel skills (Formulas like sumifs, countifs, maxifs, maxifs, subtotal, median, mode, averages, frequently used shortcuts, Pivot, Array Function, Looks etc).
  • Bachelor’s degree / Post Graduation Degree, preferably within HR or equal education.
  • An interest for, and ability to learn about, annual salary revision process, comp ratio, job roles, stages, link to pay etc.
