Our Exciting opportunity

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Tableau Developer to support our people function team with a strong foundation to base decision-making processes. In this role, you will be focusing on providing analytics solutions to help make data-driven decisions based on the employee-related data and provide help to stakeholders for optimizing People management decision.

 

You Will

 

  • analyze and solve increasingly complex problems
  • interact with peers within Ericsson People function team
  • be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instructions on new assignments
  • will need to consistently seek and provide meaningful and actionable feedback in all interactions
  • will be expected to be constantly lookout for ways to enhance value for your respective stakeholders

 

To be successful in the role you must have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in science or math’s or Economics or Statistics or related quantitative field
  • Overall exp should have between 5 to 8 years in Data Analytics field
  • Should have an exp in Tableau (advance level), R Programming (Basic level) and Excel (Advance Level)
  • Preferred skills would be Python, VBA, SQL, and Power BI
  • Design clear and interactive dashboards
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
