Operational HW Make Support

About this opportunity

Develop, implement and maintain cost efficient, ergonomic and safe production, claims and repair processes, equipment and tools according to production rules. Manage production performance as collecting data, analyzing, checking, modifying and implementing/updating production processes, methods and tools. Propose product improvements to design in pre-development and projects. Develop product requirements and design rules from a supply perspective.

This is done in order to add value to products through a production process in a lean and agile way.

What you will do

• Building practice and produce ability.
• Develop and innovate production process.
• Maintain and prepare existing production process
• Analyze & improve production processes
• Do flow optimizations
• Secure BCM and sustainability
• Manage production equipment

You will bring

• Industrial Engineer or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in production process.
• Supply Chain & Supply Process Knowledge
• Knowledge sharing and collaboration skills
• Ericsson Knowledge
• Fluent English
• Lean & Agile Knowledge & Skills
• Occupational Health and Safety Knowledge
