BNEW is committed to securing our growing market leadership in radio and transport, taking the pole position in 5G, and continuing to invest for sustainable technology leadership within a highly competitive market.

We are now looking for an experienced R&D leader for the Microwave Test organization within PDU Transport. You will be leading Microwave Test, being responsible for the Node and Network Test activities for all MINI-LINK products. As Head of Microwave Test, you will report to the Head of Microwave Development and be part of the Microwave leadership team.


What you will do

  • Lead a multi-site development organization consisting of about 45 people, responsible for Node and Network test for the complete MINI-LINK portfolio
  • Contribute to development and release of high-quality products
  • Drive the strategy work cross all disciplines in Microwave Development, especially with focus on test strategies
  • Constantly improve operational performance targeting high quality and an efficient flow
  • Continuously drive R&D improvements and challenge status quo
  • Improve ways of working, remove impediments and drive continuous improvements
  • Coach and mentor leaders within your organization
  • Secure competence and capability
  • Work closely with the Head of Microwave, your peers in the Microwave leadership team and Program Managers

  • Courageous leadership, making timely, fact-based decisions to set the clear direction of behaviour through uncompromising integrity
  • Cultural awareness and ability to lead multi-site organizations
  • Interest and curiousity in business and market incl. customer and competitor situations
