Our Exciting Opportunity

Ericsson Network Field Services management team is looking for a Warehouse Operations resource to achieve an efficient and safe goods flow in, within, and out of a market warehouse facility. This includes value add services operation and fulfilling on-time deliveries with correct inventory accuracy and quality. If you are extremely detail oriented and are able to fulfill orders and prepare them for production and/or shipment, this is the position for you!

 

You will

  • Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area, material loading and unloading tasks.
  • Complete deliveries, by driving trucks or vans, to and from vendors.
  • Maintain safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; aligning with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Collect, prepare, package, and label goods for shipment.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Assist with all shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
  • Inspect receivables for defects, damages, or missing items.
  • Accurately scan and inventory incoming goods.
  • Unload, stock, move, and transfer materials to appropriately designated areas in various sections of warehouse as needed.
  • Perform detailed manual inventory counts.
  • Follow all warehouse policies and procedures.

 

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Work experience of 2-5 years in warehouse support or operations.
  • The ability to perform at a high level with minimal direction.
  • Experience in managing a tool room environment with working level knowledge of technical needs for the installation and maintenance of Ericsson products.
  • A forklift certification and qualifications.
  • Collaborated with customers and other internal and external ancillary personnel as needed.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • A Strong ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast tempo and fluid work environment.
  • Outstanding communication skills while working with multiple personalities and professional skill levels.
  • Effective problem solving abilities.

 

This position reports to the Director of Construction Materials and Logistics.
