Customer Project Manager

About this opportunity

We are looking for an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Program Manager (PM) who will lead a number of projects in the DGS domain within for a limited period of time towards its goal in terms of scope, time, costs, and quality in accordance with the agreement made with the project sponsor. This role will ensure that a contract for products and/or services is delivered to the happiness of the Customer, Program sponsor, and Ericsson. In order to be successful, the incumbent will record details and clarify the project scope, secure the vital resources, and plan and supervise all vital activities. Depending on the project category and complexity, the incumbent will be an active participant in the project governance group and engage Partners

What you will do

  • Help establish a project plan baseline
  • Drive project Execution
  • Handle internal/external customer and partner engagement
  • Manage project finance and develop the business
  • To establish, maintain and demonstrate interfaces to other relevant internal or external resources and expertise
  • Drive improvement activities related to risk assessments and risk management

You will bring

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
  • Min years of experience: More than 5 years working experience and 3 years in Telecom or IT as Project Manager
  • Project management skills acquired through training, project management experience, or other experience of using project management methods.
  • Experiences related to project management methodologies, techniques, and tools.
  • Professional competence related to the project type and the nature of the project outcome.
  • Experience of working within the Telecom/IS/IT industry.
  • PMP Certification is required
