Junior Solution Architect (m/f/d)

We are now looking for a graduate to join our team as a Junior Solution Architect for Mobile Network Telecommunication world, who will be participating in analyzing, crafting, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on the customer specifications and business needs. You will be trained to increase responsibilities for short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson to translate the customer needs and technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals.
You will be working at the cutting edge of technology (5G, IoT, ML/AI, VoLTE, AEO/E2E, Cloud RAN) and will be a subject matter expert (SME) in the area of Network Design & Optimization in Market Area Europe and Latin America.

You will learn how to

• Participate in pre-sales and deliver services in the area of Network Design and Optimization
• Provide network solutions on the latest technologies in Radio Access Network (RAN) space, considering E2E impacts
• Work under tight time schedules
• Be responsible for scope, defining and crafting solution offerings
• Analyze customer technology, define business requirements and participate in risk analysis
• Work with core team on list of potential activities and solutions
• Develop technical presentations and proposals, and perform customer presentations
• Support deployment of solution
• Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation and information sharing
• Stay abreast of on new technology/technical areas and share information about solution to enable customer competence build
• Be able to understand customers business objectives and pain points
• Get understanding of End-to-End services, covering devices, RAN, Transport and Packet Core domains
• Acquire data analytics knowledge (statistical methods/processes/tools to analyze and correlate live operator mobile network data)  

To be successful in the role you must have

• Education: Academic degree, minimum on bachelor level, in engineering (IT, Telecom) or other scientific fields
• Previous experience in the ICT Industry or in a similar role would be beneficial
• (First/Basic) Knowledge in one of the following areas: 5G, VoLTE, ML & AI applied to Network Design & Optimization services
• Fluent English skills
• Motivated and eager to learn new things, hands- on mentality
• Eager to work in a multi country, multicultural environment with several opportunities to travel around the globe
• Good communication skills and great team worker
