Our Exciting Opportunity!

The ICT Program Manager/Director drives large and complex infrastructure delivery towards enterprise or telecommunication customers. This is a project management role that requires solid infrastructure and applications (VNF - Virtual Network Function) deployment leadership skills to gain credibility and manage multiple work streams and complex projects. You must have a technical background and understand the infrastructure underpinnings of a complex IT/Telco/Enterprise environment and a high-level understanding of the VNFs running on top of these environments.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting cloud infrastructure and VNF related activities for Ericsson cloud and core solutions in Pre-Sales and Delivery phases
  • Assessing the requirements of the project and recommending suitable cloud infrastructure components and analyzing different options and recommending the most suitable for the project economically feasible
  • Prepare cost estimates of infrastructure and formulating procedures and policies for optimum utilization of infrastructure resources in the company
  • Supervising consultants, vendors, and suppliers. Planning and supervising installation of infrastructure in customer premises
  • Making sure that the project is completed within the given time frame using the allocated budget. Daily presence at a customer site, becoming a sort of Ericsson “agent” at the customer premise to increase the customer’s trust in Ericsson as a system integrator
  • Leading up-sales opportunities and Mentoring the team, to interact with them and to support them in their professional growth, and to identify and recognize talents

To be successful in the role the requirements are:

  • Candidate should be highly confident as he needs to manage all the network products (Network Application: Cloud Infrastructure and Packet / Enterprise Core).
  • Candidate must have a good technical background and project management skills in the relevant field
  • Project Management Experience of 6 - 9 years with previous hands-on infrastructure and telco application experience
  • Experience in engaging, managing relevant groups of technical and non-technical partners of complex projects/programs
  • The ability to handle the delivery of multiple projects under a program or inter-related programs
  • Good communication and negotiation skills, excellent planning and organization ability, Excellent leadership skills to manage the complexity of a program achieving the end objectives
