ICT Architect (Network Automation Support)

About this opportunity

The ICT Architect:

• Creates principles, models and guidelines from strategies.
• Convert requirements to a cost efficient solution architecture compliant to architectural principles, models and guidelines
• ensuring consistency between business, information and technology.
• The ICT Architect interacts with internal stakeholders and external customers to define and provide solutions enhancing their
• competitive position.
• The ICT Architect acts as an internal consultant for the many IT areas.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain architecture transition steering artifacts. E.g. standards, design patterns, design rules, design solutions, design services, frameworks etc
• Participate with product / solution / technology/ services / platform architecture expertise in, roadmap and Strategy initiatives
• Develop physical solution / system architecture with reusability in focus – Ensuring functional and non-functional requirements are met.
• Ability to manage architecture compliance throughout the complete solution lifecycle
• Discuss / Communicate / Motivate architecture direction and decisions to internal and external stakeholders / customers
• Support the development and implementation teams with architecture coaching.

You will bring

• Experience in Ansible automation,
• Experiences with Python development.
• Experience with working on Linux/Unix platform experience,
• Experience with Git and Gitlab,
• Experience with Agile way of working.
• Experience with Docker / Kubernetes.
• Experience with Terraform,
• Experience with basic network experience (routing, switching, firewalls) with focus on Juniper devices.
• Experience in systems automation, configuration management, automated server builds, and monitoring networking tools.
