Sub System Architect

About this opportunity

We are looking for a Senior Java Developer who is very strong in Core JAVA and has the experience and expertise in building robust Software that is of highest quality. While application development will be the primary role, the candidate will also be expected to work on Product security. Hence any experience/exposure to security tools like - NMPA, Unocornscan, Xray, Tricy OWASP, ZAP, Defensics etc will be an added advantage. 

Experience:

6+ years of relevant experience as a software developer with Hands-on experience in Core JAVA in Linux environments is the basic need.  At least 2 years of handling product security using various security tools will be a bonus

What you will do

• Contribute to product development as a Software Developer working with Microservices and Applications developed in JAVA and/or GO language.
• Perform daily operations and maintenance of vulnerability scanning tools and supporting infrastructure.
• Perform Vulnerability Management, including but not limited to: supporting scan tools, implementing vulnerability scans, performing analysis, recommending / tracking mitigations.
• Review and analyze security vulnerability data to identify applicability and false positives; recommend corrective actions for mitigation.
• Publish reports as per the defined schedule on identified security vulnerabilities as well the control gaps identified during security control review.
• Supervise remediation of vulnerabilities by demonstrating agreed-upon action plans and timelines with responsible technology developers and support teams.

You must have

• Very strong experience in Core JAVA and Linux environment
• Experience in Kubernetes and Helm.
• Experience/Exposure to Security Tools like Anchor, Trivy, NMAP, Unicornscan, Xray etc.
• Good understanding of ISMS (Information Security Management System), ISO27001 standard and prior experience of conducting IT audits.
• Solid understanding of enterprise, network, system and application level security issues!
• You shall have good knowledge and experience in any scripting language - Python, Shell etc.
