Our Excellent Opportunity

We are now looking for a Product Development Leader as Chengdu Radio RPV line manager to secure Ericsson technology leadership and make sure we have the right scope, quality, time, and cost for product development. As a leader, you will guide, mentor, challenge, and develop individuals, teams and organizations. You will champion a creative and learning culture.

You will

  • Be required to drive technology and product leadership
  • Flow optimization Innovation and improvements
  • Be knowledgeable of sharing and learning
  • Specialist in Radio performance
  • Be familiar with automation test tool development

To be successful in the role you have

  • Master with min years of experience: 8 years
  • Demonstrated ability: Radio and RAN
  • Customer insight and business understanding
  • Excellent Project and Program Management Skills
  • Coaching & mentoring skills, negotiation skill, formulating strategies and concepts
  • Tool development sense and 3GPP specialist
