About this opportunity

Reporting to the Head of RPCN Chengdu, the manager of Product Integration is responsible for product HW and SW integration and development activities, taking the end-to-end full responsibility from early study to end of life cycle to secure the competitiveness and leadership of Ericsson Radio products. The role works with other teams in system, HW and SW design teams and all the other functions in China and globally to ensure the business success.

The position is based in Chengdu and may require travel to other PDU Radio sites in Sweden, Beijing and Canada.

What you will do

  • People leadership to develop high performing, highly engaged teams
  • Radio project technical coordination​​
  • Hardware and Software integration
  • Project requirement handling (SPM, market, project internal)
  • Support production, product introduction and maintenance
  • Establish the team competence in HW integration and ASIC/algorithm area and encourage learning culture

You will bring

  • Strong radio product development background with demonstrated passion for development and especially the development “craft”
  • In-depth understanding of radio system and sub-systems, from both hardware and software perspective
  • Demonstrated hunger to deliver what the customer needs when they need it
