About this opportunity

 

As Total Rewards SME - Pay for Impact you will work proactively with the group function Total Rewards, the geographical total rewards as well as the people function to support the fulfillment of current and future business needs, to improve employee engagement, manage risks and control costs. This role contributes to the design, implementation, delivery, and communication of our pay for impact programs such as short-term variable pay, sales incentive plan, and recognition.

This role is in the Market Area Europe and Latin America and reports to the Head of Total Rewards in the market area.

 

What you will do

 

  • Contribute to the definition of the compensation and pay for impact philosophies in line with the company framework, our culture and the wanted external position
  • Plans, coordinates and lead the implementation of global plans within the area of pay for impact such as variable pay, recognition etc., including governance, principles, instructions, solutions, and communication in the market area
  • Defines market area application of programs and plans to support pay for impact, in line with global frameworks.
  • Drive harmonization, alignment, and efficiencies within the area to streamline and standardize ways of working across countries and geographies to build a consistent way of working including development of efficient tooling to support the work.
  • Guides and proactively support the business on pay for impact program application and secure appropriate governance and approvals for any deviations to global plans or for additional local plans and programs.
  • Analyze external and internal insights, trends and data to highlight challenges, risks and identify improvements.
  • Provide consultative support to unit TR, People Partners and the business.
  • Drive and/or support key projects and initiatives.
  • Help support local implementation of total rewards processes during heavy execution periods across Europe and Latin America

 

You will bring

 

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in managing compensation and benefit program design, competitive market analysis, forecasting trends/costs in a geography, preferably with a multiple country or regional/global scope
  • Consultative approach and ability to effectively communicate policies and information, knowing when to escalate questions or issues.
  • Excellent understanding of total rewards and variable compensation and experience in working with variable pay in different geographies
  • Excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Experience in the design and successful implementation of reward programs and tools
  • Advanced ability to collaborate and work effectively in teams/virtual teams and strong ability to influence, educate, and enable others
  • Strong analytics capabilities and ability to translate data into trends with key insights and recommendations
  • Possess and demonstrate exceptional judgment, self-management, impeccable ethics, and a high degree of personal and professional maturity
  • It is beneficial if you have experience of working with Success factors.
