Job Summary:



Business Area Networks (BNEW) is responsible for Ericsson´s industry-leading radio products and solutions and is the foundation for Ericsson’s technology leadership. BNEW is passionate about securing our ongoing market leadership in radio, taking a leadership position in 5G/6G, and continuing to invest in balanced technology leadership within a highly compulsive market.

The section is responsible to enable, develop and operate Test Management service offering, enabling all DNEW and BDGS developers to be efficient in their daily work.



What you will do



  • Lead a section located in Budapest, that will work with Test Governance Framework (TGF). TGF is used by thousands of testers as a central test automation scheduler and execution controller.
  • TGF handles thousands of test plans and runs more than a million automated test jobs each month.
  • Work closely with the Head of Flow Orchestration Service, the Leadership Team in the department and various stakeholders to ensure we have robust test execution service and that they continue performing at the top level.
  • Own product and service responsibility, including deployment, operations, support, monitoring, dimensioning and development of the section’s products and services
  • Scan the global eco-system exploring alternative technologies/products that can be integrated into our ways of working rapidly growing output.
  • Be responsible for developing, managing, and driving your team towards global users in line with the overall DNEW strategy.
  • Support the DNEW programs that will drive the e2e value delivered with the help of this unit.

  • Strong network-building skills with high-level Customer focus
  • Proactive and organisational change leader, leading to operational excellence
  • Demonstrated passion for SW development and especially the development “craft”.
  • Knowledge of digitalization and a passion to create a fully digital delivery and feedback pipeline
  • Passion for the area of analytics/development infrastructure/development environment/production architecture.
  • Applying the power of our developer community by crafting a movement that continuously evolves the development infrastructure using “open inner-source” methodologies whenever possible



Leadership Requirements:



  • Solid experience as a leader of sophisticated technical organizations in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Supportive mentality, where you find happiness in helping others reach their goals and watching them shine
  • Critical thinking with an analytical, structured approach
  • Innovation, to embrace and inspire change is highly required for this position
