Ericsson Hungary Test Solutions and Competence Center is looking for a Team Coach based in Budapest. The team is working in Test Environment Orchestration Framework project. The goal of the project is to provide a Tool that supports automated test frameworks in the Global ICT Centers. The tool itself is mainly written in Java.

As a servant leader, you will guide the teams to become self-organizing, remove any impediments in their way. Additionally, you will develop the TEOF components in Java.

 

Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Guardian of the Agile process
  • Coaching and building the team
  • Facilitates team learning and continuous improvement
  • Works with Line Manager to identify and resolve competence gaps
  • Recognizes the stage that the team is at and can facilitate accordingly
  • Enables self-organization within the team
  • Helps improve the productivity of the team
  • Helps the team to focus on development and release goals

 

Requirements

  • BSc or MSc Degree
  • Experience in Coaching and leading agile teams
  • Experience in Java programming  
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in Automated Test Environments (e.g Jenkins) and Scripting is a plus
