About this opportunity

Support Manager role is a fast paced position within IMS Gateways operations in PDU Communication Services. In this role you will lead customer critical issues for IMS Gateways products, and work in close collaboration with Solution Test & Support unit within PDU COS, as well as Customer Units and Customers. 

 

  • Support Manager takes lead in critical customer cases which end up to Product Development Group. 
  • Communication skills and relationship handling is a requireiment in this role. External communication interfaces migh include e.g. customer meetings.
  • This role requires experience, technical understanding and capability to handle tough discussions in order to satisfy and manage customer needs

 

What you will do

 

  • Manage critical issues reaching IMS Gateways operations
  • Handle customer case investigations with the development community!
  • Participate in Product Owner community work in IMS Gateways
  • Guide & mentor technology Leadership!
  • Develop Teams, Individuals and Organization
  • Mentor & Coach Continuous Improvements
  • Guide & Coach Innovation, Knowledge Sharing and Learning

  • MSc/BSc level in a technical field or the equivalent level of knowledge
  • Mobile networks, IMS, Virtualization, Cloud Native
  • Product Development and Support Knowledge
