Ericsson Hungary is looking for a User Experience Researcher.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive the product design (via customer needs, task analysis, personas, storyboards, GUI sketches, wireframes etc.)
  • Drive and evangelize UX processes
  • Support the UX team and the Product Owners with valuable insights
  • Develop relevant and durable strategies for UX team
  • Work in close cooperation with product management

     

    Detailed Responsibilities & Tasks

 

  • Take part in initial user research and requirement collection
  • Conduct user interviews and user testing of both the prototypes and the final product
  • Represent the users’ needs in the development team
  • Collaborate with Strategic Product Managers and Product Owners
  • Assist Visual designers and front-end developers with final development of Ericsson Products
  • Fulfill several project requests simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Ensure that our applications are both useful and well usable
  • Organize and take part in internal UX Assessments

     

    Minimum qualifications

     

  • 3+ years of qualitative user research, experience with quantitative methodologies is a nice to have
  • Portfolio of UX projects, research studies or samples of preview work is a must
  • Proficient working in English

     

    Preferred  Experience

 

  • Experience with wireframing tools
  • Excellent leadership, communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
  • Experience in telecommunications field
