About this opportunity

The Marketing & Communications Senior Project Lead works within a Common Services Hub, to provide on-demand creative support to the global organization, where we believe strongly that design matters.

The main objective of the Senior Project Lead is to ensure that all design requests from stakeholders flow efficiently to our creative production department. This is a complex role that has creative, customer relationship, organizing, and executing tasks.

In this role, you will orchestrate team resources for campaign- or communications-related, design-delivery projects, providing support on internal and external digital and offline campaigns, events, and brand activations. You will also set up stakeholder briefing sessions to understand their needs in order to deliver proper answers to their communication problems. You will manage various projects end to end, and brief our experts from the design and other domains if needed, such as copy, digital and analytics.

A successful Senior Design Project Lead must be able to simultaneously handle several projects in various stages of design with multiple collaborators for stakeholders all over the world. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, and great problem solving, and time management skills.

It’s important that any potential candidate is comfortable working within a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and thrives on daily challenges. This person must be resourceful, adaptable, creative, and client-oriented with a positive attitude.

What you will do

  • Be responsible for keeping designers on task and projects on deadline, handling the logistics, and keeping all parties updated on the progress
  • Manage and allocate the traffic and the design resources within the team
  • Manage daily schedules and prioritize
  • Ensure the stages of the projects are met according to client and creative briefs, resources, and deadlines deliverables
  • Gather information and align with stakeholders to be able to maximize creativity in design projects
  • Lead complex creative deliveries
  • Project leading 360 communication campaigns
  • Lead brainstorming sessions within our local & global team or even with stakeholders
  • Participate in the onboarding of new designers in our continuously growing international team
  • Build effective relationships with key departments and stakeholders
  • Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required

You will bring

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in a graphic design organization / agency
  • Proven project and account management experience
  • Efficient communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in English
  • Skilled in working under pressure
  • Demonstrate the ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Solid competence in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • An ability to be a great player and to work independently
  • Customer-centric and caring approach
  • Have an appreciation for quality
