What you will do

 

  • Fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
  • Work with assigned CSR tickets, using support tools according to global support processes and procedures.
  • Through contact with external customers collect data and information about any specific problem that has been reported to Ericsson.
  • Handle customer issues.
  • Work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers of Ericsson.
  • You may have the opportunity to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments.
  • Emergency Support handling can be encouraged in the longer run.

 

You will bring

 

  • BSc or MSc degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Min. 3 years of experience in customer support
  • RAN Demonstrated ability (2G/3G/4G/5G)
  • Good command of English language, both verbal and written
  • Negotiation & argumentation skills
  • Planning & organizing skills
  • Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
  • Applying expertise & technology
