About this opportunity

We are now looking for Project Managers, to lead customer related projects in the Packet Core domain. As a project manager will ensure the project execution with the right scope, quality and time for product test development. To be successful, you need a strong ability to drive and empower people as well as make and follow-up plans, status, and deliveries. The position location is in Hungary.

What you will do

Be an owner of project critical metric including scope/quality/time management of testing related projects
Plan project, monitor and control project performance as well as subsequent reporting on progress and cost in the most efficient way to achieve the project objectives
Execute the project, seeing to it that the goals are achieved, and the requirements are fulfilled to the accurate quality standard
Be the contact person towards Customer Units
Manage new or changed requirements as well as risks
Secure and maintain adequate and sufficient information distribution
Be responsible for issue solving or facilitation by utilizing people management skill
Take ownership of routine project collaborating with the higher-level management team to share the status and require support needed

You will bring

2 years’ experience from a team leading role or equivalent experience
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Conflict management skills
Result oriented mindset
Excellent written and oral communications skills in English
We expect you to be an excellent communicator, decisive, results-driven, people-oriented person with good networking skills along with the ability to motivate employees in the organization.
Supervising, Planning & organizing skills
It is an advantage if you have domain experience in Packet Core, 4G or 5G
