We are looking for a product development leader that have the aptitude to roll up their sleeves and address the great challenges and opportunities with Mobility, Broadband and Cloud - the primary enablers of change in Networked Society.

 

Your contributions will impact more than just one single-use product in the network! You will work on Ericsson’s MINI-LINK product the world’s leading microwave solution and part of Ericsson Radio System.  

 

Push the boundaries of elegant, scalable software design and quality. With about 40% of the world’s mobile traffic carried through networks delivered by Ericsson, we have a unique perspective on the business and network transformation and a plenty of interesting challenges to tackle.

 

While we appreciate a BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Electrical Engineering, experience in managing software development teams and prior knowledge of C/C++ and embedded systems, what is more important is that you come with a can do attitude and willingness to learn and we at Ericsson will offer you the most rewarding and fulfilling career.

 

Chartered with the responsibility of leading highly skilled software development teams, about 15 people, being in charge for the full life-cycle development of MINI-LINK node software, your day-to-day tasks include managing people, defining strategies, driving continuous improvements, sharing knowledge, working in a fast-paced agile development environment – interacting with stakeholders to understand their needs and priorities.
