About this opportunity!

 

As a Product Development Leader in R&D Gateway Budapest you will ensure Ericsson technology leadership, right scope, quality, time and cost for product development. The Product Development (PD) Leader guides, coaches, challenges and develops individuals, teams and organizations. The PD leaders secure technology leadership and further an innovative and learning culture.

 

What you will do

 

  • Manage all the operations of the Unit
  • Implement R&D strategies in daily management activities, ensure the planned progress of achieving balance score card objectives
  • Translate Ericsson Strategies into Unit relevant targets
  • Be responsible for Unit cost management
  • Responsible for recruitment activities for the unit
  • Ensure efficient workload allocation in the team
  • Secure effective processes are in place as well as the timely project work
  • Ensure the effective implementation of people management activities, such as salary review
  • Individual Performance Management (IPM), career development and competence development
  • Act as coach/mentor in certain areas upon requirement
  • Initiate and perform Management Planning, secure sufficient management resources ready in the team.

  • Bachelor degree of Science or above
  • Tried strong leadership skills in particularly People and Thought leadership skills, Change Management.
  • Good knowledge of R&D processes and operations, and R&D Project Management experience is an advantage.
  • Good understanding of Agile/Lean, and personal experience from its implementation is an advantage.s
  • Be proficient in oral and written English and have good presentation skills.
  • Knowledge Sharing and Collaboration Skills, Presentation Skills, Communication Skills.
