Our Exciting Opportunity

Business Area Networks is responsible for Ericsson´s industry leading radio products and solutions and is the foundation for Ericsson’s technology leadership. The Operation Center section is now looking for additional Problem Managers to build up a small sub-team in Hungary, initially with two persons. You will manage and continue to enhance our Production System. You are ambivert, structural and have a passion for identifying and driving improvements.

Are you ready?

You will

  • Engage with Flow Operations via dialog and build/verification logs to identify recurrent problems that are lacking a long-term solution
  • Use big data analytics and problems and propose short- and long-term improvements with help from expertise from affected components/services
  • Maintain and prioritize problem investigation backlog
  • Define improvement actions for implementation
  • Share and co-operate around AI, Automation and Machine Learning ideas that can contribute to a more efficient environment and operational situation

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Self-motivated and full of initiative
  • Track record in bringing structure to complex areas
  • Experience of complex technical organizations in a multi-stakeholder environment
  • Enthusiastic to motivate change and lead to set/meet performance targets
  • As a person you are likely ambivert in order to feel at home in this role as it will be a mix of in-dept big data analysis and interpersonal collaboration with stakeholders
