Our Exciting Opportunity

Digitalization of business operations as well as the evolution of Internet of Things (IoT) in various businesses require both integration and connection of machines, people and other devices across a wide range of applications.

To realize business value, the public sector and private enterprises thus have growing demands for network coverage, performance, security and reliability to support business critical communications.

Private networks are scaled down complete end-to-end mini networks deployable at the premises of enterprises for their industry specific data and communication needs. These offer dedicated resources, fully under the enterprise control.

Private networks are based on LTE and 5G radio technologies complemented with the most modern cloud-based telecom core components.

You will

  • Receiving and proceeding Emergency calls from the customer
  • Participation in remedy/restoration of the customer’s system in case of critical situation (Emergency),
  • Fault Isolation in Private Network solutions
  • Working with assigned CSRs, using support tools and according to global support processes and procedures.
  • Analyze problems and identify suitable solutions to these problems
  • Through contact with external customers gather data and information about any specific problem that has been reported to Ericsson
  • Working with CSR assigned, while using Metis or tools specified in the global guidelines.
  • Actively assist the Service Deliver Manager in his/her daily work (Incident management, CSR review meeting, data collection...etc)

The Support Engineer for assigned CSRs is responsible for that an answer is given to the customer according to committed service level and lead-time.

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Bachelor or Master degree Information Technology
  • 1-3 years experience in similar role
  • Demonstrated experience in Cloud Based solutions handling and troubleshooting
  • Good knowledge and experience in Linux/Unix/Solaris
  • Excellent command of English language, both verbal and written
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Stress resistance, meet tight deadlines and deliver services with high quality
  • Ability to work in an international team environment


  • Experience from Customer Support Services or Network Operations within the IT/Telecom industry
  • Knowledge of Private Networks Solutions
  • C++, Python, scripting skills
