Our Exciting Opportunity

As Marketing and Communications Creative Lead, you will conceive and implement concepts, guidelines and strategies in various creative projects. You will lead brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas in the Marketing and & Communications Support Hub – Ericsson’s internal marcom agency. The production offered from this team will span the areas of graphical design; video post-editing and animation; web page creation & maintenance; and analytics. The global Ericsson organization is our client base, with focus on the global M&C community.

In this role, you will be managing various creative projects with responsibility to ensure adequate and insightful delivery.

We seek a curious and ambitious Creative Lead to help our continued journey within the company. As a service organization we highly prioritize to serve our clients and have an ambition to be the natural starting point for all marcom agency requirements – helping advise and guide also requests that we can not manage to currently take on ourselves. You will have a role to ensure all clients are fully satisfied with the creative materials and support they receive from us.

This position is intended to be located in Ericsson’s Budapest office, Hungary.

You will

  • Be responsible for delivery of team’s creative production and deliveries - taking part and leading the creative ideation process
  • Be responsible for key client relationships and their satisfaction as well as being a consultative contact when they need help to scope and define their needs
  • Negotiate feasibility of various ideas with clients and explain what is possible and what is not keeping our brand guidelines in focus
  • Maintain multiple level of engagements, supporting and leading the work of graphic designers - leading brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas and develop concepts
  • Support the continuous development and implementation of internal processes, ways of working and tools for effective Hub delivery
  • Contribute to business development for the Hub - ensure we deliver insightful creative materials

To be successful in the role you must have

  • Relevant experience of digital marketing and comms
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Project management skills
  • University degree in Art & Design, Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent
  • 7-10 years of related experience
  • Agency experience and/or experience in previous similar corporate positions
  • Experience working with e-marketing, advertising and communication strategies
  • Previous experience working in a support organization is a plus
