Our Exciting Opportunity

 

We are looking for a Lead Test Coordinator to drive the testing of our Cloud Native and virtualized IMS solutions. You will lead all aspects of verification machinery and procedures, provide leadership for test automation and support toward high quality execution of testing efforts in global environment with different partners.

 

You will

 

  • work with partners and vendors in definition of test approaches and creation of acceptance criteria
  • plan improve and maintain the verification machinery
  • take full responsibility for the defining and planning of test activities
  • ensure completion of test preparation and test prerequisites (test tools, test data, test users etc.), ensure regular testing meetings during testing phases
  • lead the implementation and execution of automated regression tests
  • coordinate removal and escalation of impediments to testing efforts
  • maintain backlog of issues and workarounds and work with support teams, partners, vendors in testing and issue fixing activities
  • create visibility and clarity about testing progress and results
  • actively work on identifying improvement areas for testing and contributing to improving the testing efficiency

 

To be successful in the role you must have

 

  • university degree in relevant area or corresponding work experience (2+ years within testing projects or other relevant area)
  • experience in leading cross-border testing activities of multiple projects
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work multi-functionally
  • analytical mentality, strong problem-solving and creative resolution skills
  • fluent English, both written and verbal
  • ability to set ambitious targets
  • strong personal drive and great communication skills to interact with project partners
