About this opportunity


Ericsson Expert Analytics is a groundbreaking solution, which combines big data technologies with outstanding event processing methodologies to analyze customer experience as well as the performance and usability of the network infrastructure.

Our big data analytics solution is heavily based on our telecommunication domain expertise and is strengthened by near real-time data processing. It relies on a highly scalable and distributed, cloud-based microservice architecture. It is crafted for telecommunication operation providers having up to 10Tbps real-time network traffic to be analyzed continuously.


We are now looking for a technical expert to become part of our Service Delivery unit inside EEA Design Group, supporting our customers using our products and solutions. Your role will include all customer and deployment support activities such as customer trouble tickets analysis, installation, integration, verification, and support, Our focus is customer while Ways of Working is based on Lean and Agile applied in service delivery environment working end to end with both customers and product development teams.

You will


  • Proactively support product development team by feeding experience from working with customers and customer installations
  • Work effectively in a team to analyze, troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues
  • Manage trouble tickets from our customers, and from ongoing projects or/and be part of these projects
  • Provide technical support for Ericsson project teams
  • Be part of task force teams and on-call rota (optional and paid extra fee)
  • Flexibility to travel may be required from time to time (optional)


To be successful in the role you must have


  • BSC University degree
  • 3+ years related experience
  • Knowledge of native and/or virtualized platforms
  • Strong Unix/Linux/Kubernetes knowledge
  • IP Technologies knowledge
  • Hands-on Knowledge about the major cloud infrastructures (Azure, GCP, AWS)
  • Troubleshooting and analytical mindset
  • Working independently taking responsibility while on other occasions
  • Teamwork including virtual teamwork in multi-country and multicultural teams covering whole Network and multiple product teams
  • Knowledge sharing skills and readiness.
  • Business understanding
  • Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
  • Planning and Organizing
  • Customer handling attitude
  • Work experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems
  • Positive attitude; to see the challenge, not the arguments why not to do it


It's a huge plus If you have


  • Basic Bash, Python, or other scripting language knowledge
  • Able to use GIT/Gerrit and familiar with infrastructure as a code principles
  • Familiar with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
