About this opportunity

We are looking for a Recovery Leader (Solution Architect) in ERC organization responsible for analyzing end to end technical solution in complex scenarios with problem solving approach and drive a team of technical experts towards an effective fault isolation and recovery of the service to pre outage state with effective technical Leadership in multi domain customer network solution.

What you will do

  •  ERC RL (SA) plays a key function on ERICSSON strategy leading different technical teams in order to deliver effective and efficient Emergency Handling Services to Customer in multi domain Network.
  • ERC RL (SA) is a senior engineer part of ERC with solid experiences on different domains with various products that enables faster fault isolation and recovery of the issues.
  •  ERC RL (SA) with the extended experiences owns solid reference solutions knowledge what includes Cloud as the foundations combined with EPC, IMS and 5G competences.
  •  ERC RL (SA) interacts with different levels in ERICSSON and in the customer side with solid communication and leadership skills, being able to interface between technical experts to the executives.

Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Lead Technical driving of an emergency recovery team comprising of Local and Global teams and ensure Emergency Support Services are delivered in an appropriate and professional manner.
  • Provide technical support and input to Emergency team for the fault isolation and recovery
  • Owns reference solution knowledge what facilitates/support the fault isolation and recovery actions in emergency
  • Drives complex RCAs and Critical Investigation CSRs.
  • Driver Fault Isolation using the available tools in Customer Solution also Expert on Data Driven Support for faster resolutions during emergencies or Critical CSRs
  • Accountable for the successful handover of technical activities associated with on-going emergency
  • Develop understanding of Ericsson enabled Customer Network Solution in multivendor environment
  • Drive technical solutions knowledge transfer in ERC

You will bring

  • Education: B.E/B. Tech/MCA
  • Exp: 8-12 years’ experience in emergency management
  • Required Competence - a very good understanding along with hands-on experience at least one of them as mentioned below:
  • Cloud & Virtualization
  • 5GC
  • IMS
  • Good knowledge of either one or more Technical Domains Solutions i.e. IMS, 5GC, Cloud-NFVi, EPC along with Basic Knowledge of Others
  • Knowledge and experience on Artificial intelligence and machine learning
  • Knowledge of Application Virtualization, Cloud deployment, Containerization etc.

(Related Certifications in the areas would be an added advantage)

  • Fault Isolation /Troubleshooting abilities in Multi Domain -Multi Vendor Customer Network Solution
  • Excellent communication skills and proactive attitude to deliver results & meet customer’s expectations
  • Strong ability to perform in a multi-tasking and team-oriented environment with active participation
  • Knowledge sharing and collaboration Skills
  • Commercial thinking & Presentation Skills
  • Persuading and influencing as well as Coaching and mentoring skills
