About the Product:

TGF is a test execution flow automation tool handling more than 7000 test environments and requests from tens of thousands of users. It is integrated in CI flows of different products including 4G/5G.

 

 

TGF execution flow:

 

 

  • Automatically acquiring test environments
  • Installing and configuring elements of test execution
  • Execution of test suites written in test automation frameworks (e.g.: JCAT, GTE)
  • Collecting test results for easy analysis

 

 

Our Exciting Opportunity:

 

 

We are now looking for a TGF Operative Product Owner to join our product owner team to shape and share the Product Vision for TGF. Take priority decisions based on business value and work closely with internal stakeholders and users. Taking lead role in coordination of the incoming requests, drive it all the way down from the idea up to the delivery, securing we always make the right choices and deliver according to plans, with the right scope, quality, time and cost. It is your responsibility to ensure that the team understands how their current work relates to the overall product as well as its business value!

 

 

Responsibilities:

 

 

  • You own and maintain the product backlog together with OPOs for Test Governance.
  • Manage stakeholders and collect requirements and if needed chase users for more clarification.
  • Help the team achieve the right technical content and quality for a developed feature
  • Support the communication between development teams in various locations/organizations as well as other key stakeholders/users.
  • Secure alignment between business objectives and development, priorities setting within the backlog.
  • Ensure proper resource allocation and negotiating allocations between operational and development activities with Line Manager
  • Remove impediments to support successful delivery.
  • Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

 

 

Key Qualifications:

 

 

  • At least 5 years of experience as a member of Telecom/IT projects
  • Previous, proven experience in OPO, Scrum Master or Team Lead role is a plus.
  • Relevant domain-specific experience in testing and telecom protocol knowledge.
  • Very strong customer and business understanding
  • Strong management, decision making and interpersonal skills
  • Good understanding of the concepts of Lean and Agile ways of working
  • Fluent written and spoken English is key
