Our Exciting Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to undertake a support engineer role using the best cloud solutions available in a fast-moving telecommunication environment. You will be a key part of a multi-functional engineering group using agile management and engineering practices.

 

You will,

  • Fix and resolve problems to stabilize and optimize customer networks.
  • Configure and integrate different nodes and solutions in new and live customer networks.
  • Handle customer issues.
  • Handle Software Update Management.
  • Be responsible for KCS Coaching and RSG Coaching.
  • Work, collaborate, and communicate in an international environment, both with colleagues internally as well as customers and suppliers to Ericsson.
  • You may have the opportunity to travel internationally and work in different cultural environments.
  • Emergency Support handling can be expected in the longer run.

To be successful in this role you must have,

  • Excellent technical competence in Ericsson Cloud solutions in one of these products: CEE or SDI.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer support.
  • Working as a support engineer will require a broad knowledge within telecom and Datacom, covering both hardware, software, and network knowledge.
