Ericsson Hungary is looking for Big Data Lead Consultant - OSS Service Delivery – Hungary.

 

Job Summary

 

Responsible for understanding customer business requirements as well as pain points, developing various use cases that address the customer business requirements then lead a team of data scientists to realize those use cases and generate tangible outcomes and predictions. Responsible for the governance of the process of tuning and calibrating of Ericsson Expert Analytics internal SLI Model (Service Level Index) to realistically reflect the different cultures and markets end user behaviors and expectations. Responsible for profitable business for Ericsson by translating customer needs, & technology opportunities into detailed technical offering, solutions & proposals.

 

 Responsibilities & Tasks

 

  • Has overall responsibility for the governance of the end to end execution of the SLI (Service Level Indicator) calibration service
  • Use Case development addressing customer business requirements and pain points
  • Analyze customer requirements, technology and Network
  • Develop proposals, and perform customer presentations
  • Details and clarifies the project scope,
  • Establish project plan baseline
  • Secures the necessary resources
  • Plans and monitors all necessary activities.
  • Drive project execution
  • Handle customer & stakeholder engagement
  • Provide feedback to R&D
  • Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation & information sharing

  • Telecom Networks domain understanding with focus on MBB and Data services

 

Minimum Requirements:

 

  • Ericsson certified Principal or Senior Consultant
  • Proven strategy and technology consulting record
  • Solid program and project management skills
  • Solid stakeholder management skills
  • Practical Experience from various consulting engagements, preferably around the areas of Analytics and CEM
  • Solid knowledge of EEA value proposition and related Ericsson portfolio.
  • Good understanding of Ericsson SLI concept
  • Good knowledge of BDA and CEM
  • Familiar with the processes and methodologies used by CSI e.g. in relation to project sales and deliveries
  • Strong Presentation & Communication skills
  • Team work & collaboration skills
  • Availability to travel 50% of the time
