Our Exciting Opportunity

We are now looking for a Technical Authority Expert - SOC CEM (Customer Experience Modeler) to be responsible for technology leadership, expertise & support extending through the full cycle of Create, Sustain & Evolve for its respective domain.

You will

  • End to end Customer Experience Analysis covering all mobile network areas like RAN, PS and CS CORE, and IMS
  • Provide Service and Network performance reports and analysis covering all mobile network areas
  • Detect relevant degradation for both Service-KQIs and Network-KPIs
  • Route cause analysis for the detected performance degradation using all available and relevant measurements like EEA insights, Node counters, or IMSI traces
  • Collaborate with relevant teams (BO, NDO, or 3’rd level support) in case of service-level troubleshooting to identify the network resources responsible for the detected service outage/degradation
  • Contribute to network/service performance improvement with a proactive approach e.g. analyze new or untouched KQIs, recommend changes, provide service quality insights
  • Collaborate with relevant teams (BO, OSS, Integration) in case of performance tools (EEA) data validation or data Health Check


To be successful in the role you must have


  1. Deep understanding of Service KQIs and Network KPIs across all network areas like RAN, CORE PS/CS, and IMS
  2. Good understanding of 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G technologies & services covering the following
    1. Network features and parameters
    2. Call flows
    3. Performance management like counters and KPI’s
  3. Experience in Network Design and Optimization (5 years+)
  4. Experience in Network Performance Management is a plus
  5. Analytical mindset
  6. Ability to work and collaborate with different entities internally and interface with the customer
