Our Exciting Opportunity:
  
We are now looking for a Purchase to Pay Support Service to provide expertise to support defined F&A area, such as PTP and T&E. In this roles you will create an universal incident management module that is easy to adopt Support business compliance according to SOX process and key control

 
 You will:
  
 

  • Provides 1st line support for internal and external customers via phone (in English,  second language Italian/Spanish) , chat or web portal using a ticketing tool to communicate
  • Secure Incident Management within ITIL Framework
  • Prioritize high severity or escalated tickets and follow up pending tickets
  • Provide assistance regarding invoicing and payments (invoice status, purchase order status, overdue invoices, payment details, forecast report, statement of account, audit balance confirmation)
  • Answer “How-to questions” for specific Ericsson systems and/or processes to Ericsson employees
  • Execute service processes to the agreed service level
  • Promote latest Robotic/ Artificial and Analytical based Solution for Customers (Internal/External)
  • Analyze sensitive information and ensure it is secure
  • Support and execute internal project/initiatives
  • Assure Quality Control in key areas
  • Tools & Resources: BMC Service Management Platform, SAP P12, KCS

 

To be successful in the role you must have:

  

  • Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, IT or the equivalent experience

  • Ok with 2 shifts - 09:00-18:00 and  16:00-01.00 a.m. (for this shift only work from home)
