Our Exciting Opportunity!

 

We are looking for Payroll & Contracts Admin Services Coordinator, who will ensure payroll services and employment contracts administration services are delivered for Ericsson Romania & Moldova employees in compliance with local legislation and Ericsson instructions. You’ll also act as the main point of contact for both employees and external vendors regarding payroll subjects, so a strong service-oriented approach and a high sense of urgency are critical.

 

Your impact in the role

 

  • Plan and organize payroll & contract admin calendar to ensure payments delivery for employees in compliance with employment contract, local legislation, and Ericsson principles.
  • Engage, drive and coordinate with relevant functions/roles that need to deliver in payroll process.
  • Prepare and provide input for Payroll Supplier processing.
  • Follow-up and analyze the service quality provided by Payroll Supplier.
  • Drive Payroll Supplier implementation and/or transition/transfer.
  • Complete year-end tax and accounting processes and amendments.
  • Be responsible for Romanian (and some Moldova) employer tax.
  • Ensure implementation and execution of Payroll policies and processes.
  • Deliver end to end Payroll and Employment Contracts Administration services for Romania and Moldova.
  • Coordinate Payroll and Contracts Admin team.
  • Ensure answers to employee’s questions and requests.
  • Assess Payroll & Admin team performance, accuracy and provide feedback; establish improvement plans.
  • Provide functional expertise and support Ericsson organization in business decisions.
  • Provide project support as well as HR/Payroll delivery and data, such as: Input collation, Input validation, SOX compliance, Payroll processing, Post payroll reporting, Post payroll submissions, Process automations, Managing/supporting global projects, Payroll transition, Employer taxation.

 

To be successful in the role you must have

 

  • Experience in Payroll processing for organizations with more than 1000 employees.
  • Proved experience where most of the above job responsibilities were performed with autonomy/independence as subject matter expert.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Business Studies/Accounting/Human Resources or relevant experience within required area.
  • Language: Proficient in Romanian and English (written and spoken).
  • Expertise in Romanian Labor Relations, Laws, and Legislation (some for Moldova favorable).
  • Solid understanding of Payroll, HR Processes and Disciplines.
  • Secure ability to use Microsoft Applications (Excel  - Advanced level, Word, Outlook, MS Teams etc.).
