Our Great Opportunity

We are now looking for a 1st Level Operations Engineer with Italian for the coordination, support, and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities.

 

 

You will:

  • Be the first point of contact for specific software and hardware solutions delivered to customers.
  • Be responsible for opening trouble tickets, initiation of the critical issue of incidents, and receiving orders requests from the customer in various types of applications.
  • Be in charge of alarm monitoring in IT/Telecom networks.
  • Offer support to the field engineers during their actions (by phone and e-mail.

 

To be successful in the role you must have:

  • A powerful desire to learn about telecommunication networks;
  • Proficiency in Italian and English;
  • Availability to work in shifts (day and night);
  • Perseverance, initiative, self-confidence, and practical spirit.
