We are now looking for a 1st Level Broadcast Operations professional. This job role is responsible for supervising and solving problems on broadcast platforms and solutions, to ensure that services provided to customers are continuously available and performing to the agreed levels.

We are delivering services for one of the world's greatest broadcasters and ensure the continuity of their business evolves at the highest standards and ensure that any outages or infrastructure issues are addressed accordingly.

 

 

 

You will:

 

 

  • Supervise & seek the issues for different platforms and IoT solutions;
  • Handle event management activities;
  • Coordinate incident management activities;
  • Provide support to operators onboarded on the platform.

 

 

 

To be successful in the role you must have:

 

 

  • Bachelor technical engineering degree or higher preferably specialized in IT applications and infrastructure design, development and/or supports;
  • Linux knowledge;
  • Previous experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Spectrum, Grafana, Kibana);
  • Willingness to work in shifts;
  • Language skills – proficiency in English (verbal & written);
