Logistics Specialist

Job location: Timisoara.

For our factory in Timisoara, producer of telecom antennas, we are recruiting for a Logistics Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• - Carrying out import / export customs operations 
  - Records of imports and exports in electronic format
  - Preparation of documentation necessary for exports
  - Maintaining contact with the carrier in order to establish the date of taking over the goods ready for export
  - Preparation of PO for customs and transport service
  - Sending payment notices from customs commissioners to accounting and sending POs to customs offices
  - Maintaining contact with colleagues in the reception of goods for the transmission of documents related to imports, etc.
  - Reports to accounting, ANAF
  - INTRASTAT file for exports
  - Collaboration with approved courier companies in order to carry out extra community imports and exports
  - Invoicing of goods for export
  - Tracking the packaging of goods according to the export documentation.

Key Qualifications:

• - University Degree
• - Advanced Knowledge of English (written and spoken) 
  - Knowledge of customs legislation and import / export customs operations
  - Experience in the customs field: 3 years
  - ERP operating knowledge (SAP - is an advantage)
• - Advanced knowledge of excel
  - Driving license cat. B
