ICT Technical Product Owner

Sub Solution Area Support Solutions is part of Solution Area Digital Workspace in Enterprise IT under Group Function Global Operations. We are transforming the traditional IT, we seek to build the best solutions for Ericsson IT landscape to allow for great support experience. As a key area in delivering the software solutions for all of Ericsson Group, we do play a substantial role and as a member of the team the Product Owner will have a big potential to impact our IT present and future engagements.

About this opportunity

We are now looking for a Technical Product Owner to join us! Purpose of this role is to drive and lead different challenges and related solutions that helps Ericsson become more efficient and flexible. The scope is to bring value by defining and driving sustainable/ viable solutions that address current and future business challenges. The PO will accomplish this by identifying ways to work more effectively and efficiently utilizing the strength of our full IT portfolio.

The PO will be responsible for a number of products in our portfolio such as BMC-Smart Reporting, Helix dashboards (based on Grafana & Kibana), Chatbot based on IBM Watson technology and Comaround knowledge management!

What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmap, Understand product TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) and drive high quality of TCO numbers, Evaluate and optimize TCO mapped to usage and enterprise reusage.
• Define and work with product strategy and architecture to ensure alignment of product to the strategies and architectural frameworks.
• Administer and maintain product roadmap, landscape information, Plan and safeguard the product life cycle, Align product roadmap and planned activities with dependent product roadmaps
• Prepare product decisions and initiate execution of product development
• Manage functional and non-functional req.
• Review, enrich and approve requirement requests and specifications
• Ensure working demand flow per product / project / area; Work actively with the product backlog.
• Discuss / Communicate / Empower product direction and decisions to stakeholders / customers; Drive product direction.
• Govern and approve product design-integration-architecture specifications
• On request, support operations to resolve complex production incidents when specific product expertise is needed
• Create/ maintain/ approve: system documentation, release notes, end-user documentation, product mapping, structure and product numbers

You will bring

• Experience in IT design, development and architecture as well as in Product Management.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation and argumentation skills
• Competence to influence across organizations, optimally leading change, gaining commitment

Nice to have:

• ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) knowledge
• KCS (Knowledge-Centered Service) knowledge
• SAFe (scaled agile framework) knowledge
