Our Exciting Opportunity:



We are looking for an HR Delivery Manager who leads and manages the delivery of cost-efficient and high-quality HR transactional services within an agreed Service Management Framework. Define and ensure adherence to defined KPI’s and SLA’s. Customer focus with defined governance with the stakeholders.



You will:



  • Manage the delivery of HR services:
    • Plan resources including back up alternatives
    • Plan and organize activities according to HR process time plans
    • Delegate activities within the delivery team(s)
    • Ensure that relevant documents are in place and followed, such as work instructions
    • Ensure that access to relevant systems are available
    • Follow up on performance, cost and quality, trough target and KPI measurements
    • Ensure compliance with data privacy legislation
  • Implement changes to HR services:
    • Review and implement process releases
    • Implement new services and changes in existing services
    • Ensure resource and competence availability
    • Plan and organize for migration of services for new entities
    • Ensure that access to relevant systems available
    • Build relationships with served entities and other service organizations
    • Drive improvement initiatives
  • Manage relationships with served entities:
    • Resolve issues and respond to feedback
    • Escalate issues or feedback if necessary
    • Follow up on issues resolution
    • Give input to or participate in service reviews
    • Maintain Service Management Framework documentation
  • Manage financials and targets of the Shared Services Center:
    • Set Targets and make a forecast within the given framework
    • Follow up cost compared to forecast
    • Initiate corrective actions when necessary






  • Linguistics skills are an added advantage
  • Experience in the ICT industry
  • Exposure of EMEA hiring



To be successful in the role you must have:



  • MS Office, ITM, SMP, HRMS, Payroll Systems, Dialog Survey applications and local tools.
  • 12 years+ of experience in End to End recruitment and Team Management
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably within HR or relevant experience
  • Proven, proactive sourcing background utilizing multiple avenues to develop and execute creative sourcing strategies aimed at generating candidate flow as well as a pipeline for upcoming searches
